Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of your cruise departure time for a full refund. We cannot make exceptions to this policy as your seats have been reserved exclusively for you.  Refunds will be made back to your original form of payment. 

Regarding weather, the safety of our customers is paramount and Pirates of Charleston reserves the right to cancel, alter or delay trips due to adverse weather. Even the most courageous of pirates can’t cruise in bad weather, but we will still cruise in a light rain! You will be notified at least one hour before cruise time if we must cancel.

Cancellations due to bad weather or other conditions are at the Captain’s sole discretion. If your trip is canceled, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
